1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our WhatsApp Business API SaaS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. WhatsApp Business Policy Compliance
As a user of our platform, you must strictly comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy. You agree not to:
- Send spam, abusive, or unauthorized promotional messages.
- Use the API to send illegal or prohibited content.
- Mislead or deceive customers.
- Violate Meta's terms of service in any form.
Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or termination of your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) by Meta or by us.
3. Service Availability
Our platform connects to the Meta Cloud API. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for outages caused by Meta's infrastructure, your internet service provider, or unforeseen technical issues beyond our control.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Our services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule. You are also responsible for any conversational fees charged directly by WhatsApp (Meta) based on your message volume.
5. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or violate Meta's messaging policies.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
